Marma treatment is a traditional healing system focused on marma points, nerves, bones, and muscles. It is mainly used to treat conditions related to the nerves, bones, and marma points, aiming to provide maximum recovery from such issues.
Good question. We provide Marma treatment for your relief. This treatment must be performed under the guidance of an experienced Gurukkal, otherwise it can lead to further injuries. That’s what makes us different—we bring you over 87 years of healing legacy.
Yes, you’re right. People who undergo the treatment usually lose 2 to 5 kg, depending on their body type. This is because the treatment helps the body eliminate unwanted fat, toxins, and waste.
Our ancestors used to say that once you undergo Marma treatment, you “reverse” by about two years. This means your body may feel like it did two years earlier, with more energy. However, we do not offer any treatment that can actually reverse your age, nor do we promise it. That said, many people report feeling younger after the treatment. The herbal oils help make the skin glow, and the marma massage helps reduce a small amount of fat. Together, these effects leave people feeling more energetic, which is why they feel as if their age has reversed.
Yes, you can. There are no restrictions against eating non-vegetarian food, but whatever you eat should be healthy. We recommend avoiding street food during the treatment, as there is a risk of food poisoning or other issues, which could prevent us from continuing the treatment.
In one word—NO. Alcohol is not good for your body, and we strongly recommend avoiding it, at least during the treatment period.
Yes. We provide some medicines during the treatment and also after it. For three months after the treatment, you must take all the medicines we give you. In our tradition, we call this three-month period “Nallarika.”
